Of startling and vivid ruby-red color, this special carmenere is both intense and surprising. Its aromatic palette is very different from the one normally exhibited by this variety. It all comes from the special terroir of the rocky slope where its vines are grown. Its bouquet is completed with pleasant and fruity aromas of sour cherries and blueberries, soft herbal and spicy notes and a background of graphite.
On the palate it feels juicy and vivid, very fruity and with a light touch of blood. Of medium but deep structure, the unique texture of its tannins make this a fresh as well as an elegant wine that shows all its personality while tasting it.
